When the Pixies released Surfer Rosa in 1988 I instantly became a fan. How could an 18 year-old kid not love a record of incredible songs with a beautiful topless flamenco dancer on the album cover? Surfer Rosa was a double threat! That album spent many weeks on my turntable and that record jacket spent even more time in my bathroom.
